By placing an order in our store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all purchases made through oppoline-cosmetic.myshopify.com.

Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — slight variations in colour or packaging may occur due to photography and screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in PLN and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees.

Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will notify you immediately if this occurs.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment. Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services once the parcel has been dispatched.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at marketing@oppolinecosmetics.eu. Please note that due to hygiene regulations, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. Full details are available in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with your order or experience any issues, please contact us at marketing@oppolinecosmetics.eu. We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them fairly and promptly. Consumers also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
