OPPOLINE COSMETICS — Refund & Returns Policy
Your Right to Return
As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. This is your statutory right under EU consumer protection law.
Important — Hygiene Exception
Due to health protection and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns of cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken. This applies to all Oppoline skincare products. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with the seal intact.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at marketing@oppolinecosmetics.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and will include the original standard shipping cost. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to marketing@oppolinecosmetics.eu with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no expense to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Products with broken seals or damaged original packaging
- Gift sets that have been partially used
- Items purchased during final sale promotions (where clearly stated)
