Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery Times
- Poland: 1–3 business days
- Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia: 3–5 business days
- Other EU countries: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been handed over.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. The total shipping cost is always displayed before you complete your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at marketing@oppolinecosmetics.eu.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf. We will always do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the European Union. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
